Out of country orders made online will be held until shipping arrangements and charges have been processed.

DELIVERY:
In-stock items will ship the day after the order via USPS or UPS. Most customers will receive the merchandise within 4 to 6 business days after the order has been processed. At our discretion, items my be drop shipped from the factory.

RETURN POLICY:
Please call Adventure Rope Gear for authorization of Return Goods before returning any merchandise. The purchaser must pay freight on returns and a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total will be charged unless otherwise specified. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ROPES, CUSTOM SPLICED ROPES AND WEBBING PRODUCTS.
